Hi my name is Michael Childers.
I am the owner and founder of Childers Computer and Network Consulting (CCNC). I began my computing career with a TRS-80 Model 4P back in 1984. I started my computer education in the Fall 1980 at Yuba Community College. I was an Electronics Major. I joined the USAF in 1986 and worked in electronics during my four year tour. I was honorably discharged in 1990 and began working for Faith Christian School as Maintenance. I began working with their computers soon after being hired. I did the computer work and maintenance duties until my job shifted in 2006 to full time Information Technology.
I officially became a full time business August 1, 2023.
I went back to school in 2003 to finish my Associates degree. I finished all my requirements and received my Associates of Science degree in the Spring of 2007. Only 27 years after I started. Who ever said you were too old to learn.
